What the work looks like
We are a small company, and small means broad. The work in any given week: field installs, confirming cellular coverage for a site before anything ships, scoping custom automation for a specific ranch or treatment plant, talking directly with the people who run them, and building our own tools, including this website and the CRM behind it. You would see the whole machine, not one gear.
Some of what we make sits on a stock tank in a pasture. Some of it ties into a town's SCADA system. All of it has to work in weather, on batteries, far from the truck.
Who does well here
People who finish things. The evidence looks different for everyone: a degree in agricultural systems, an FFA or 4-H background, a pressure system you kept alive through a hard winter, a piece of software you shipped alone, a fence line you built that is still standing.
