Time to ship: in-stock sensors ship within 1–2 business days of your order. That covers the Tank Level Sensor, Dam Level Monitor, Trough Level Monitor, and Water Softener Salt Sensor.
Time in transit: USPS typically takes 2–5 business days from Utah to the lower 48; Alaska and Hawaii take a few days longer.
Total: an in-stock sensor typically reaches you in about 3–7 business days from your order.
Before it ships: for any product that reports over cellular, we confirm coverage at your location first.

Refunds

We refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
The original shipping charge is not refunded.
