These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meterrasystems.com (the “Site”), operated by Meterra Systems Inc. (“Meterra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes — to learn about our products, request information, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to violate any law.

Informational content and estimates

The product descriptions, specifications, guides, and tools on the Site — including the savings calculator — are provided for general information only. The savings calculator produces estimates based on the figures you enter; actual costs and savings will vary by operation, and the results are not a guarantee. Nothing on the Site is professional engineering, legal, or financial advice.

Product information, specifications, and pricing

Product details, specifications, availability, network/connectivity options, and pricing may change without notice as our products and US rollout evolve. Any pricing, quote, trial, or demo terms are provided to you directly and are not finalized by your use of the Site. Photographs and illustrations are representative and may not depict the exact configuration you receive.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by or licensed to Meterra and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meterra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meterra harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the courts located in Utah.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
