Dam level sensor and pressure sensing technology, explained on site
Meterra co-founder Britain Sorensen shows the dam level sensor and explains the submerged pressure-sensor technology used across trough, pond, tank, and dam level monitoring.
The dam level monitor uses a submerged pressure sensor that reads the water column above it, so it keeps reading under ice and through the seasons. On the shared platform, the same reading can drive automation — a dam level can start a transfer pump, with every rule still available as a manual button in the app.
